Business Meeting to be attended by 2 elected youth from each church in the East District

and Youth Directors/Leaders.

Meeting to include:

     Youth led devotional

     Introduce new board - Meet the 2 elected youth from each

     church

     Set calendar for the next year: events, dates, & places

     Introduce Christian Teen Artist Program & hand out applications

     Drinks provided, each church to bring snacks to share
